WHAT IS THE VERSACLIMBER?

The VersaClimber workout is a full-body, low-impact cardio workout that simulates climbing, engaging both your upper and lower body.

It combines vertical climbing movements with rhythmic motion to provide a high-intensity, calorie-burning workout.

This exercise targets multiple muscle groups, improving strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, while being easy on the joints.

Our mission is to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals through dynamic, full-body VersaClimber workouts.

We are dedicated to providing a high-intensity, low-impact environment where every session burns calories, builds strength, and boosts endurance, all while promoting a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

Are you ready for a high-intensity, 30-minute group workout designed to blast calories and elevate your fitness?

The climbing technique engages both your upper and lower body simultaneously. Unlike most cardio machines, the VersaClimber eliminates momentum, requiring your body to perform all the work.

The VersaClimber is a vertical climbing machine that provides a zero impact, high intensity, cardio and resistance training workout. It features two handles and two foot pedals with straps to secure your feet. While the VersaClimber is considered a cardio machine, it’s also great for low-impact resistance training, which you can set to your liking on the machine.

With the VersaClimber, you are climbing vertical which forces the body to use the large anti-gravity muscles – the user is pushing and pulling and using the core stabilizers to hold themselves up, and of course all in a non-impact environment.

The VersaClimber utilizes a movement pattern called Contra-Lateral which replicates crawling. Crawling is a developmental movement pattern that ties everything about you together. Through this movement pattern, cross crawl neural connections and pathways are established in the brain that allow the brain to become more efficient at communication between left and right hemispheres.
